The Preppy Poppy keeps all items in stock. The majority of orders will be processed and shipped within three weeks of original order date (many times sooner). Occasionally there will be a popular item that is on back order. If this is the case it may delay your shipment.

Should your Preppy Poppy order contain an error, (i.e. misspelled name, damaged goods, etc.) then of course we will accept your return!! The Preppy Poppy strives for excellent customer service. Though, we triple check our orders, occassionaly something falls through the crack. We will make it right!
Can you provide a product that is not listend on the website? TOP
As a matter of fact, yes. We have access to thousands of products through our vendors. Never hesitate to ask, we are likely able to provide you with what you are looking for.
